Welcome to Ask Rosie!

Hi, I'm Rosie. I'm really smart - so you probably want to direct all of your questions to me from now on. Seriously. You really should.

Yours,

Rosie

Today is such a dull day -- my car is being serviced and so I am house-bound (there's snow and it's cold outside).
I tried to clean the freezer to my refrigerator but it's been so long I'd forgotten how!
I think I'll put away the recent festive holiday decorations. What?
Yes, you can bet that Lady Kat would roll her eyeballs at me. She has a system! You could ask her what it is if caring is part of your makeup.

How DO you clean a freezer? I think one time I had to do that when I worked at the YMCA - but I don't I have ever done that at home.

Dear Rosie:
I have been getting in trouble with my boyfried a lot for sucking at ironing. Sometimes the shirts turn out great, sometimes I melt them. Other times, they turn out so badly it looks like I didn't even TRY!
Is there a more effective way of ironing?
This is causing a lot of stress in my relationships.
Thanks

Hello Mrs. Young,
Since you didn't say who you wanted to answer your question I will take that liberty -- Rosie wouldn't know the answer anyway, but she'd give you one.
If you don't have access to the cleaning instructions that came with the refigerator then do the following:
1) Unplug the refrigerator.
2) Remove the contents from the freezer compartment.
3) Wash the inside of the freezer compartment with a hot water and baking soda solution.
4)Rinse well.
5) Return the items to the freezer compartment.
6) Turn the refrigerator back on.

Happy Days from Lady Kat

Hello Kelly,
I need more information from you -- I assume you are not talking about your own shirts so my reaction is: "Why would you be ironing shirts that aren't yours if you don't know how!"

Cheers, Rosie
